By purchasing FramerBuild resources, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws.
Please read the Terms of Use carefully before you purchase FramerBuild. If you do not wish to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not access or use FramerBuild.

License Use
No right, title, or interest in or to the website (FramerBuild.com) or any content on the website is transferred to you, and all rights not expressly granted are reserved by FramerBuild.
Any use of FramerBuild not expressly permitted by these Terms of Use is a breach of these Terms of Use and may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.
License Types
FramerBuild provides three license types:
Personal Licence
Allows limited use of FramerBuild components on personal sites, portfolios. You are limited to 3 activations of the component on any site.
Proffesional Licence
Allows unlimited activations of FramerBuild components within client sites and projects.
Creator Licence
Allows unlimited activations of FramerBuild components within templates or commercial Framer tools for redistribution.
License Scope
There are two purchase options under each of the three licence types.
Single Component
A Single Component purchase gives you access to an individual FramerBuild component allowing you to use it as many times as you want across projects within the remit of your licence type.
Restrictions
You may not use any code component or code override, in whole, or in part, as is, or modified, in any Framer template, free or paid, unless you have purchased the "Creator" license.
You may not sell any part of FramerBuild (code components or code overrides) or their parts as your own in both their original or modified form.
You may not re-distribute FramerBuild as a whole, or in parts, for free or profit.
You may not modify any part of FramerBuild and combine with other digital assets to sell and distribute.
You may not attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any component or override contained on the FramerBuild website
Upgrading License
If you need to upgrade your license form Individual to Creator, please contact us and we will reimburse the cost of the previous license.
Refunds
Due to the nature of the FramerBuild's content, no refunds will be provided for any reason.

You understand that we cannot and do not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading from the internet or the website will be free of viruses or other destructive code. You are responsible for implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy your particular requirements for anti-virus protection and accuracy of data input and output, and for maintaining a means external to our site for any reconstruction of any lost data. To the fullest extent provided by law, we will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by a distributed denial-of-service attack, viruses, or other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data, or other proprietary material due to your use of the website or any services or items obtained through the website or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it.
